The topic of the show today September 5, 2009
I was asked that question by a good friend this week. He had sold a used motor home to a fellow Church member and now every week as he goes into Church his friend comes up and tells him what went wrong with the motor home that week.
Naturally the next question was Robby, what do I do? Listen to the Podcast today to find out.
What’s your story or your answer? Post it in the comments below…

Robby, I love your show! After 26 years in the Pre-owned Auto industry, of course I’ve sold a few lemons. Although my contracts all stated that the vehicle was sold As-Is, My heart told me to help
my customers. Any customer that came to me within 30 days of purchase, I would always offer to pay for at least half of the repair if not all. No legal obligaion at all, but my moral obligation was to help my customer! It was the Rightous thing to do!
When I first started selling I sold Plymouth’s…..lol….I gave each of my customers an extra ballist resister because we knew the one from the factory would break weeks or months into ownership…..that’s all I sold was lemons…..yikes!
“I”ve sold a several USED lemons. I always went with my faith and always offered to pay for at least half of the repairs, sometimes all of the repairs.”
As an individual (and not afiliated with selling new/used cars at all), just about every car I’ve sold wound up in a junkyard. Why? I believe in getting all the good out of each vehicle, just like the CCG tells us to do. Some of my cars were classics from the 1960’s and people have restored them and put them back on the road. None had less than 100,000 miles on them when I sold them. I have parted out at least 3 cars and the remains went to the crusher or to the junkyard. I drove them all myself…
