Ask any car guy you happen to see – What’s the most beautiful Car Color my guess is either black or red nine times out of ten. Black is elegant and mysterious and dangerous. Yet it is also the color of mourning and early morning. In the Song of Songs the beloved bride cries out to the daughters of Jerusalem,

“I am black, but comely, O ye daughters of Jerusalem, as the tents of Kedar, as the curtains of Solomon.”

Look not upon me, because I am black, because the sun hath looked upon me: my mother’s children were angry with me; they made me the keeper of the vineyards; but mine own vineyard have I not kept.

Black from keeping my brothers vineyard under the son – In other words Satan has had me seeking my own glory and so I don’t shine with Jesus light.

Yet what makes her beautiful? Ah, just look into the eyes of a child who is truly sorry for just spilling their milk, eyes welled up with tears, picture it, a thing of beauty.

Call it out out to the daughters of Jerusalem…. How about you? When did you hide it, in the tents of Kedar or when did you call it out under the curtains of the Prince of Peace?

Today’s show we will share the stories…
