Delamination: Cause Complaint Correction Counter

Cause: The primary cause for delamination in paint is bad paint coat chemical engineering. On most production vehicles there are five to seven layers of paint, and as each layer goes on it needs to laminate or adhere to the previous layer and stay that way through huge temperature and surface changes. When the chemical engineering is faulty, as was very common in the early 80’s on many American Makes then when the “heat is on” so to speak premature De-lamination occurs.
Complaint: Delamination is almost like car paint leprosy below are some examples of the forms.

Correction: All that can be done is to strip off the offending paint and reapply the layers using the right kind and amount of material.
Counter: Here are some tips to counter your exposure to this problem.

Take good care of your paint: Keep it clean and waxed and out of the weather if possible.

We are meant to be bonded with Christ and similarly to bad chemical engineering, sin delaminates us from our Lord. The bases of that many times in my own life is “Pride”. How many ‘Likes’ did I get on my Facebook post or how many followers do I have on twitter, King David had nothing on me when he counted his army or when it comes to disciplining my children am I more worried about them liking me than what they need to learn.

When I think of my pride problem I can see the ‘Chart Above’ come out in me: The Flake, The Cracker, The Bubble etc.. God gave me an anti venom this week for my pride I would love to share with you. William Gurnall taught this simple idea that really helps me. A Prideful heart and a proud heart can’t reside in the same bosom. Even in my struggles my pride won’t let me see God at work.
