The English translators struggle here because the Hebrew word God used is kind of an adverb. For example looking through the old testament here is the breakdown of how it is was translated in the KJV
Very (137x), greatly (49x), sore (23x), exceeding (18x), great (12x), exceedingly (11x), much (10x), exceeding (with H3966) (6x), exceedingly (with H3966) (5x), diligently (4x), good (3x), might (2x), mightily (2x), miscellaneous (17x).
So you could just take the simple child like approach and tell God, ” I Love You THIIIIIIIIIIIIIS MUCH!!” Affection, hugs, kisses all feel part of that.
