Pres recomLooking For Answers To The American Auto Crisis? God Has Two.
Number One: Simply put build cars people can afford to buy without going into huge debt. If we do so like Henry Ford did originally we would put millions of folks back to work building them. We need to build a car that cost less than $10,000.

“The Golden Rule” Do unto others as you would have them do unto you. Listen to the Indian Engineers who developed the Nano and you will see, their heart is set on providing affordable transportation for their fellow countrymen/neighbors, not on making a profit, and they did just that and will provide probably millions of jobs for their Indian brothers before they’re through.

If we turn our hearts to helping each other we can do this. Not how can we declare bankruptcy on our neighbor and say their bonds are no good, and the dealers franchise agreements are no longer valid. Is that the way? That is how we got into this mess to begin with. The thinking, “how can we cut costs even at the expense of quality to make a bigger profit?” Or “how can I sell prestige for an extra 10K?” “It doesn’t matter if I put my neighbor into debt over there head as long as I can keep selling all these cars and making my money.

The collective heart of the industry has to turn to, how I can help the customer, my employees, and my suppliers. Simply put. “Love your neighbor as yourself”. In Matthew 22:39 Jesus said it was one of the two commandments that the entire Law and the Profits hang on. The other really is first and is my second answer God has for the American Auto Industry.

Number Two: Choose the right Savior. Unfortunately many of us, including me, get our saviors mixed up. We think that our money can save us or we think the bank can save us, or worse the government. In my case I always thought that I could handle it, in other words I can save myself.

The Israelites showed us had badly this works out. They didn’t trust God so they turned to their government. “We need a King to protect us.” Spend some time reading the books of Samuel, Kings or Chronicles and you’ll see how badly the Government does as a savior, in fact they enslave you. This is the very reason our fore fathers fought for freedom. Something we appear to be giving up, all in the hope of the government savings us.

Well, let me say loudly, IT’S A TRAP, IT’S A TRAP! History teaches this every time. Yet, we are willing to turn to everything but God to save us. The other answer is the First and greatest commandment, ‘Love the Lord your God with all your heart and with all your soul and with all your mind.’

God can make a way where there seems to be no way. Right now he’s waiting on us to ask for help. He’s like the loving father of a teenager who is trying to hide that they wrecked the car. God is standing by dieing, to help, (literally), but too much of a gentleman to jump in where he is not asked. Turn to God where ever you are in this crisis and if you really turn He will be there for you, not just now but for eternity. If you need help with this e-mail me, call me, God wants to hear from you.
