Unemployed and Homeless , Mary has a 2002 Dodge Dakota, 4.7, Small V8, Quad Cab needs new radiator and possibly new thermostat. mechanic showed me the leaking radiator. I’ve been putting water in it, OK I guess to do this in the summer, but it often still overheats (by watching the dashboard gauge) and sometimes steam comes out. The needle goes up to just before the high end white line but hasn’t gone into the red. If it threatens to go into the red, I pull over and turn off the ignition. Trying to get on my feet at least need my truck to help find work.
