1/2 Cup Ricotta Cheese
1/5 Package of Tofu Firm
1 Teaspoon Grated Orange Peel
2 Orange Wedges
1/2 Teaspoon Lemon Peel and Lemon
3 or 4 small bits of apple
Other Fruit If wanted 4 or 5 blueberries,
4 or 5 Raspberries,
3 or 4 grapes
Mix thoroughly and Delight
