So you just turned right in front of that guy, or cut someone off, how do you apologize? Really how do you? That’s the question on today’s Christian Car Guy Show. Why should you and perhaps just important what is the motive behind the apology.
Listen to John Denver’s Song “I’m Sorry” or Brenda Lee’s both seem to be that the real person they are apologizing to is themselves. “I’m sorry for being a fool”, or “more than anything else I’m sorry for myself.” What’s the motive there?
Song of Song’s Chapter 1 verse 11 is very, very provocative “Ornaments of gold we will make for you with spangles of silver.” Compare that with Philippians 2:3
“Do nothing out of selfishness or conceit, but with humility consider others as more important than yourselves, “
Sometimes I kinda wish I didn’t know what the Bible says. Want to know More about all this and my own Apology to a collection agent…Listen to toay’s show “Carplogy” or the podcast January 12, 2019.
