In the amazing study on what Love is in 1 Corinthians 13, something jumped out at me this week in verse five specifically,

“Love seeks not her own”

1 Corinthians13:5

Seeks not her own what? I had felt God asked me to translate the verse back into Hebrew to give me that understanding and indeed He did. My translation of “Her Own” , I referenced back to where God made man in His own image and what was the construct of that to convey that idea of – “His Own”. Actually just a one letter Hebrew Suffix the 6th letter, VUV,(not coincidentally as this was the sixth day).

Perhaps the easiest way to explain would be to simply say, Love wants to spend time close to you, it’s desire is not to find itself or spend time without you. The letter VUV is a connection from Heaven to Earth with that connection being on the six planes of Space and Time.

So what does that look like? Jesus, spent His time getting closer to those He loved. Who has been Jesus like that for you? In other words, that person loved you so much their time was your time, their space was your space. Tell us the story today on The Christian Car Guy Show……
