According to the National Safety Council “Half of all teens will be involved in a car crash before graduating from high school.” The NHTSA reports, “Motor vehicle crashes are the leading cause of death for 14-18 year olds in the US. In fact, in 2013, there were 2,614 teen (15-19 year old) passenger vehicle drivers involved in fatal crashes and an estimated 130,000 were injured. “
Now think with me how hard is it to go the speed limit with cars zooming past you riding your bumper. Every driver can be part of the problem or part of the solution, inexperienced drivers can’t handle the speed.
