Many have enjoyed the Christmas Nail and the poem that goes with it, my family has for years, wonderfully this year God has shown me so much more that is here.
The final nun in the Hebrew Alphabet is know by the Jews as a nail as is pictured above in the Hebrew Cartoon on their alphabet, Adventures with Alef. What is beyond cool is that letter is the second and last letter in the word son in Hebrew spelled (Bet – final Nun) pronounced ‘Ben’. Start to ponder that a minute and you’ll see some amazing things. Jesus a carpenter nailed to a tree to build His father’s house, the word ‘Ben’ in Hebrew has the bet for house and the final nun for builder. Now for some scripture to add to the wow.
Ezra 9:8 And now for a little space grace hath been shewed from the LORD our God, to leave us a remnant to escape, and to give us a nail in his holy place, that our God may lighten our eyes, and give us a little reviving in our bondage.
Isiah 22:23 And I will fasten him as a nail in a sure place; and he shall be for a glorious throne to his father’s house.
Zachariah 10:4 Out of him came forth the corner, out of him the nail, out of him the battle bow, out of him every oppressor together.
Something to ponder as the final nun, (the nail) is in many words in Hebrew that point me to Christ as the last letter to nail things down, including both graden– and abide… Some things to ponder this Christmas
