On this Mother’s Day Eve in Revelation 3:18 and In Psalms 45:13 there is the dress not only white as the moon but embroidered or wrought with pure gold. The longer I walk with Jesus the more I keep coming back to say yes to the dress.

As in Pilgrims progress when Christian is freed of his burden and given white raiment and a testimony to keep in his bosom, both are critical to entrance into the celestial city for sure but while he is still on his pilgrimage they are his comfort as they are the evidence of his relationship to Jesus. So they are for me. On numerous occasions Jesus has reasoned with me much as Isaiah .

1: 18 Come now, and let us reason together, saith the Lord: though your sins be as scarlet, they shall be as white as snow; though they be red like crimson, they shall be as wool.

As Jesus has worked with me on the sins that burden me most, He has been phenomenally generous and given me gifts, I know this is strange but He gave me white raiment on one occasion a few years ago and this week as I was struggling to forgive myself with a very messy situation where I was engaged to be married when I was seventeen, as I finally forgave myself he gave me pure gold. As I studied to understand I read Revelation 3:18

18 I counsel thee to buy of me gold tried in the fire, that thou mayest be rich; and white raiment, that thou mayest be clothed, and that the shame of thy nakedness do not appear; and anoint thine eyes with eyesalve, that thou mayest see.

Then I read Psalms 45:13

13 The king’s daughter is all glorious within: her clothing is of wrought gold.

While still on this lesson plan Ann Ault and I began a new project on Christian Car Guy Theater from John Bunyan’s Pilgrims Progress we are calling as you might Imagine, Plymouth’s Progress and writing the first script I started re-reading and studying this masterpiece again and came across the struggle Christian had on the, “Hill of Difficulty”. He fell asleep half way up the hill and dropped his Testimony, he lost his testimony and thus lost his comfort. This started me to ponder and Jesus reminded me that this was what happened to the Jews they lost their Testimony literally, no one knows where their Ark of the Testimony is.

As I thought about that I recalled how our Ark/Holy of Hollies, where we meet with God is our heart. We have the manna, The law written on our hearts and the staff that budded which is Jesus. Total Eclipse of The Heart is where you lose your testimony, the THIEF steals your testimony as with Christian on the “Hill of Difficulty” we fall asleep.

So to take heart is like Christian in Pilgrim’s Progress go back and get it.

This fits so much with what Jesus showed me this morning. The Word white in Hebrew come from the root of heart, yes white is Hebrew is the Lamed= burning for God and Bet = house of Heart, just add the nun = faith and you get white… Lamed – Bet- nun is white… Jesus told me its a reflector like the moon, as in the Song of Songs

10 Who is she that looketh forth as the morning, fair as the moon, clear as the sun, and terrible as an army with banners?

Note that moon is here spelled like white Lamed – Bet – Nun – just add a Hey which all together means Lamed= burning for God and Bet = house of Heart, Nun = faith – Hey = Expressed.

Oh yes you are not coming to the party without your wedding clothes, and yes THEY REFLECT the true light…

White by the way is the best car color as its safe- easily seen, never fades, holds its value (always in style) and here in the south SO MUCH COOLER IN THE SUMMER….

IT SO SO COOL TO SAY YES TO THE DRESS!!!
