- Check your pressure as cold weather quickly changes the volume of air
- Check your tread depth and or in certain areas Snow Tires are a great idea special rubber (doesn’t freeze),for the cold weather for more traction and the different tread patterns and depth
Anti Freeze/Coolant
- Check the protection level this tester is $2.54 at Walmart and is so easy to use your 12 year daughter could use it with complete instructions could be 2 bucks that saves you thousands
- NOTE****** Check your Owners Manual/Maintenance schedule to see if its time to replace/flush your coolant if so that a bit more difficult for some just go have it done it is critical to the life of your engine*****
Wiper Blades/ Windshield Washer
- Nothing like being able to see……New wiper blades make a huge difference I personally love Rainx blades $13-17 bucks and you feel like..”I can see clearly now the rain is gone”
- Washer Fluid, get a jug of it at the dollar store for a couple bucks and keep it handy it’s cheap so wash that windshield all you need…PLEASE
Battery
- Getting your battery checked is an absolute FREEBEE these days so if has been a few years since you got one why not run by most any parts store, Advance, Auto Zone they will check it for FREEEEE and install it for FREEEE
